Haley Takaki

Haley Takaki is an experienced food science professional currently serving as an R&D Technologist at Rise Baking Company since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Food Technologist at Plantible Foods from February to September 2022, and a Laboratory Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery from July 2021 to January 2022. Haley also gained experience as a Summer Applications Intern at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. in June to August 2020, and as a Customer Service Representative at Cattaneo Bros. from March 2019 to February 2020. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2021, and graduated from Oakdale High School in 2017.
