Michael Docherty

Michael Docherty has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the marketing and strategy field. Michael currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Strategy & PMO at Rise Baking Company. Prior to this, they held positions at CSM Bakery Solutions, The Kraft Heinz Company, and Unilever. Some notable roles include being the Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at CSM Bakery Solutions, the UK&I Marketing Director at The Kraft Heinz Company, and working in various roles at Unilever. Throughout their career, Docherty has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing growth initiatives, leading critical transformation projects, and building strong customer relationships.

Michael Docherty attended Burnside High School from 1984 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Business Law. Michael then went on to the University of Canterbury from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a B.Commerce degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, and Business Law.
