Surratt Erin

Surratt Erin has a strong background in research and development, particularly in the baking industry. They have held various leadership roles throughout their career, including VP of R&D at Rise Baking Company since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Research and Development at Brill, Inc. from December 2019 to May 2023. They also worked as the R&D Director at Brill, Inc (CSM Bakery Products) from 2005 to December 2019.

Surratt Erin received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University between 1992 and 1995. Later, from 2004 to 2008, Surratt Erin pursued a Masters in Food Technology with a focus on Food Science and Technology at the University of Georgia.
