Allison S. has been self-employed since 2001, working as an Independent Contractor connecting the dots in many capacities. Allison has created and presented Professional Development seminars, provided career planning and coaching, and provided educational services to students and adult-learners. In 2011, they founded The Schmidt That Matters and coordinated an event attended by over 350 people, raising $6500+ to provide financial assistance for a family in the community. Since 2019, Allison has worked as a Brand Ambassador and Field Merchandiser for Mad Hippie, Garden of Flavor, LOVE CORN, RISE Brewing Co., and Beverage Marketing Group. Allison S. graduated from Boone County High School with a College Preparatory diploma. Allison then went on to Northern Kentucky University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in Allison'story and Secondary Education. Finally, they completed their Master of Arts in Education Administration with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction / Leadership at Xavier University in 2002.
