Stacie Lindsey Mintken (MBA)

Stacie Lindsey Mintken has extensive experience in customer operations and support, as well as strategic PMO leadership. Their most recent role was as Senior Director at Rise Broadband, where they led the PMO organization for business development and strategic growth programs. Prior to that, they worked at Lumen Technologies as Director of Customer Success & Partner Support, where they restructured the customer and partner success organization to improve revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and product adoption. Stacie also served as Director of Enterprise & Partner Support at Level 3 Communications, where they focused on customer retention, partner engagement, and revenue growth. Stacie has also held leadership positions at Deltacom, One IP Voice, and ICG Communications, where they were responsible for client services and operations.

Stacie Lindsey Mintken (MBA) has an extensive education history that reflects their commitment to continuous learning and professional development. In 1989, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Biology and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology. Stacie successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1994.

Following their undergraduate education, Stacie Mintken further expanded their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Science (Masters) degree in Telecommunications at the University of Denver from 1999 to 2002. This educational endeavor allowed their to delve into the field of telecommunications and gain a comprehensive understanding of its principles and practices.

In 2009, Stacie Mintken sought to enhance their expertise in project management by enrolling in the Villanova University School of Business. Stacie successfully obtained a Master's degree in Project Management, positioning herself as a skilled and knowledgeable professional in this field.

Continuing their dedication to their professional development, Stacie Mintken pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Denver from 2021 to 2022. During this period, they focused on Business Administration and Management, General, further refining their business acumen and leadership skills.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Stacie Mintken has also obtained several certifications that demonstrate their commitment to excellence. Stacie became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) through the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in January 2022. In August 2020, they received certification in Journey Mapping and Management from the Strativity Group. Furthermore, in December 2009, they achieved the title of Master Project Manager (MPM) from Villanova University.
