RISE Career Launch

Women constitute ~40% of employees at S&P 1500 firms - but only 6% of CEOs. In 2019, for every 100 men promoted to management from entry roles, only 72 women were promoted. We want to make a difference. The transition from college to career can be challenging as graduates move from the structured environment on campus to a corporate world. We’ve watched academic rock stars get lost in their first corporate opportunities. RISE Career Launch programs help create a bridge between academic and corporate success. We’ve combined face-to-face retreats, professional coaching, and a proprietary data driven self-assessment tool to help women apply the skills that led them to academic success. This approach transforms recent graduates into influential and effective professionals, while increasing the return on investment for the organizations that hire them. With RISE and other programs like it, we can begin to fix the broken rung on the corporate ladder. Helping more qualified women get off to the best start results in more women professionals advancing to management - which is good for everyone involved.
