Women constitute ~40% of employees at S&P 1500 firms - but only 6% of CEOs. In 2019, for every 100 men promoted to management from entry roles, only 72 women were promoted. 

We want to make a difference.  The transition from college to career can be challenging as graduates move from the structured environment on campus to a corporate world. We’ve watched academic rock stars get lost in their first corporate opportunities.  

RISE Career Launch programs help create a bridge between academic and corporate success.
