Nicole P.

Nicole P.'s work experience begins in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant at Skokie Park District, where they stayed until 2014. Nicole then worked as a Hostess at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants from November 2014 to May 2015. Following this, they worked as a Patient Support Associate at NorthShore University HealthSystem from February 2015 to November 2016. From November 2016 to August 2017, Nicole worked as an HR Coordinator at Walgreen Co.

In 2017, Nicole joined District 89 as an Office Manager and held the position until August 2018. Nicole then moved on to ComPsych, where they initially worked as a Credentialing Specialist from August 2018 to January 2019. Following that, they worked as a Global Network Specialist from January 2019 to December 2019, where they maintained global partner relationships and collaborated on producing RFPs for potential partnerships.

Currently, Nicole is working at RISE Education as an Assistant Director, a position they have held since February 2020. Their responsibilities in this role include developing strong customer relationships, performing quality assurance of programming and curricula, and managing the full cycle recruiting process. In April 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Nicole P. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from DePaul University, where they studied from 2010 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification as an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute, which they obtained in August 2021.
