Ryan Flis

Ryan Flis has extensive experience in retail channel management, business development, and account management. Ryan is currently the Vice President of Retail Channel Management & Business Development at Rise Gardens, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RTC as a Senior Account Manager from May 2021 to October 2022, and in an Account Management & Business Development role from March 2019 to May 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they were with BECCA Cosmetics, where they served as a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing & Global Merchandising and also as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. Before that, they worked at Clinique as an Assistant Manager - Sales Operations from June 2015 to March 2016. Ryan began their career at Swatch Group, where they held the position of Sales, Planning, and Logistics Analyst from July 2013 to June 2015. In 2012, they participated in Allstate's Leadership Development Program.

Ryan Flis earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Illinois Wesleyan University from 2008 to 2012. In 2020, Ryan completed a Design Thinking Bootcamp at General Assembly. In 2021, they obtained a Leadership Certification from the American Management Association and completed a Project Management program at MRA - The Management Association.
