Deepika Sharma

Deepika Sharma is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at RISE Infraventures Limited since November 2022, Deepika has successfully held positions ranging from Senior Executive to Assistant Manager in the same organization. Prior to this role, Deepika worked as a Human Resources Executive at Square Yards, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment, interview coordination, and building relationships with internal and external clients. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Human Resources Executive at Solitera Limited, focusing on end-to-end recruitment, and an internship at Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa, which provided insight into HR operations and organizational recruitment processes. Deepika holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
