Sienne Hayes

Sienne Hayes is a seasoned professional in public health with extensive experience in strategy, evaluation, and quality improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategy and Evaluation at Rise Up since September 2019, Sienne previously held roles as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and Quality Improvement Program Advisor at Central California Alliance for Health from 2015 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Manager, Clinical Executive Assistant, and Executive Assistant at Santa Cruz Community Health Centers from 2008 to 2015. Sienne holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management, Global Health from the University of California, Berkeley (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies focusing on Health Activism from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2006-2010).
