Eliana Cohen

Eliana Cohen has a diverse background in community service and mental health, currently serving as a Family Therapist at RiseBoro Community Partnership since 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Liaison for the New York State Senate (2020 - 2022), Curriculum and Outreach Coordinator at Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. (2018 - 2020), and Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Greater Boston (2016 - 2018). Eliana is pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Rutgers University and holds a Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service from New York University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Brandeis University.
