Michael Russell

Michael Russell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael currently works at RiseNow as the Director of Integration Services since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Integration Services at RiseNow from November 2019 to February 2023.

Before joining RiseNow, Michael worked at JAGGAER as a Senior Technical Consultant from February 2015 to November 2019. In this role, they implemented integrations between JAGGAER's cloud-based applications and clients' on-site ERP systems using webMethods Integration Server.

Michael also has experience at Allscripts, where they held various roles including Interface Project Manager, Integration Support Consultant, and Support Consultant between December 2009 and February 2015.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Drop-Off Technician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009, while they held positions as Network Assistant and Student Computing Consultant at Western Carolina University from 2006 to 2009.

Michael Russell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Western Carolina University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Michael later attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Management from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Health Information Technology Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2013-2014. Michael also has several certifications, including the Coupa Technical Architect certification obtained in January 2023 from Coupa Software, the Coupa Platform certification obtained in June 2022 from Coupa Software, the JAGGAER Indirect Configuration Specialist certification obtained in January 2020 from JAGGAER, and the AtomSphere Process Developer I Certification obtained in January 2016 from Dell Boomi.
