Mandy Arden

Mandy Arden possesses extensive leadership experience in youth and community services, currently serving as the Executive Director at RiseUp Red Wing since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing direct service programs and fostering collaborative initiatives. Previously, as Executive Director of the Red Wing Youth Outreach Program, Mandy led strategic planning, financial management, and program oversight from June 2020 to September 2022. Earlier roles include Program Director and Independent Living Skills Coordinator within the same organization, focusing on direct youth services and community outreach. Mandy's career began at the State of Minnesota's Department of Corrections, where duties involved maintaining safety and directing resident activities. An academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California Southern University and a Certificate in Accounting from Minneapolis Business College.
