Mica Shokal

Mica Shokal has held various positions in the public and private sector since 2013. Mica began their career as a Commander at the Education Corps | "Nativ" course in the Israel Defense Forces. In 2016, they became an Instructor at the pre-military preparatory ("Mechina Kdam-Tzvait") Melach Ha'Arezt. In 2019, they took on the role of Project Manager at the Beer Sheva Municipality, managing projects aimed at recruiting high school graduates to volunteer to "Shnat-sheirut" or pre-military preparatory courses ("Mechina Kdam-Tzvait"). From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Osim Shinuy as a Fundraising Manager and Social Activist. Mica currently serves as a Community Operation Specialist at RiseUp.

Mica Shokal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Sapir College between 2018 and 2021.
