Michael Serrano has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and development. Michael began their career in 2010 as a Development Assistant at Rockefeller University. In 2012, they joined Long Island LGBT Network as a Development Officer, focusing on database management and special events. Michael later transitioned to the role of Information Technology Manager at the same organization until 2016. Following this, they joined Federation of Organizations in 2016 as a Telecommunication and Systems Administrator. Michael then held various positions within the organization, including Information Security Officer and Information Technology Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Information Technology at Federation of Organizations since January 2020.
Michael Serrano attended American Public University from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Information Technology Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at DeVry University.

We are a major provider of health and wellness services, senior and children’s care, addiction recovery services, as well as affordable housing and support. RiseWell currently services Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Nassau County and Suffolk County.
