Kayce Hawk

Kayce Hawk is currently the EVP of Property Management at Rising Realty Partners. Kayce has held this position since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Property Services at the company from April 2018 to August 2021. Kayce has also been with Rising Realty Partners from December 2015 to June 2017 as the Vice President of Property Management and from April 2014 to November 2015 as the General Manager of the PacMutual Building.

Before their time with Rising Realty Partners, Kayce worked as a Property Manager for KG Investment Management, LLC from April 2011 to April 2014. During their time there, they oversaw 2.4MM sf of value-add office assets and was responsible for recommending repositioning strategies utilizing creative thinking, implementation of ownership goals, and market knowledge. Kayce was also highly knowledgeable of industry best practices and was instrumental in developing property management and accounting process manuals and implementing company-wide efficiency, including development of institutional-grade templates.

Kayce holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Kayce Hawk attended Seattle Pacific University where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Kayce also holds a certification from the IREM as a Certified Property Manager, and a certification from the State of Washington as a Notary Public. In addition, they are a CCIM Candidate from the CCIM Institute and a Real Estate Broker from the State of Washington.

Their manager is Christopher C. Rising, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Scott C. Word - Principal, Industrial Investments, John Golden - VP, Acquisitions, and Julia Zhu - VP, Accounting & Reporting. and Alysa Barker - Assistant GM, Civic Center Plaza reports to Kayce Hawk.
