Paola Castellanos

Paola Castellanos possesses a diverse background in program management, business development, and community engagement, with extensive experience in roles such as Program Manager at Pacific Community Ventures, where Paola led an online platform connecting diverse business owners with advisors. Paola's tenure includes significant contributions to the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce as Membership and Events Manager, achieving notable membership growth, and earlier roles at Fair Trade USA that involved managing relationships with over 200 partners and leading revenue generation efforts. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Davis, focusing on STEM, Marketing, and Strategy, and a Bachelor's degree in International Area Studies and French from Saint Mary's College of California.
