Arpit Garg

Arpit Garg is a Machine Learning Engineer at Rising Sun Pictures since June 2023 and has been a Machine Learning Engineer at Adelaide Business School from June 2022 to June 2023. Arpit currently serves as a Student Ambassador and Research PhD Student at the Australian Institute for Machine Learning and has held the position of Teaching Assistant at the University of Adelaide since March 2020. Responsibilities include assisting students, grading, and delivering pre-lab talks. Arpit has experience as a Research Engineer focused on developer expertise and has conducted summer research on the extraction and classification of open-source security patches using machine learning techniques. Previous roles include Information Technology Consultant at MODELL'E, Frontliner at Australia for UNHCR, and internships with Defence Terrain Research Laboratory and the Indian Navy. Arpit holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Poornima College of Engineering.
