Ann Goodman

Ann Goodman has extensive experience in instructional design and corporate education, currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design Development at The Risk Management Association since December 1988. In this role, Ann is responsible for the development of various risk management products, including commercial credit, operational risk, market risk, and enterprise risk, in multiple formats such as self-study, instructor-led, and online courses. Previously, from June 1983 to December 1988, Ann worked as a Corporate Education Trainer and Technical Writer at Irving Trust Bank. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Voice and a Master of Science in Education from Wagner College, earned between 1970 and 1976.
