Anastassia Lauterbach

Anastassia Lauterbach is a Member of the Board of Directors at Risk Q Inc. and a Venture Partner at Analytics Ventures. Anastassia is also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 1AU-Ventures, Ltd.

Lauterbach has an extensive background in artificial intelligence, data, and data&AI ethics. Anastassia was a Professor for Artificial Intelligence, Data and Data&AI Ethics at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Aira Technologies from January 2019 to December 2020.

Lauterbach has also served on the boards of several companies, including Freight One, where they were the Audit Committee Chairwoman and Digital Technology Committee Chairwoman from May 2020 to April 2022, and easyJet, where they were a Non-Executive Director from January 2019 to December 2020.

Anastassia Lauterbach has a PhD in Psychology and Linguistics from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms Universität Bonn. Anastassia also has a Diploma in Linguistics from State Lomonosov University, Moscow.
