Milena M. has a solid work experience in the IT industry. Milena started their career as an Apple/Microsoft Sales Consultant at Best Buy in 2012, where they consistently exceeded sales goals and received positive feedback from customers. In 2015, they joined Apple as a Solutions Consultant, managing Apple business within a partner store and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed goals. Milena then progressed within Apple, taking on roles such as Expert, where they mentored and trained the sales team, and Technical Specialist, where they used their Apple certified training to solve complex IT problems and provide excellent customer experience. In 2023, Milena joined Riskified as an IT Support Engineer.

Milena M. pursued their education from 2019 to 2022 at Rutgers University. Milena obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Information Technology & Informatics. In addition, they obtained a certification as an Apple Certified iOS Technician from Apple in April 2019.
