Rachel Zelcer has an extensive work experience in various roles. Rachel started their career at TeleInterpreters in 2000 as a Spanish Translator and Interpreter/Linguist Trainer, providing translation and interpretation services for various industries. Rachel also conducted training for Spanish Interpreters. From 2008 to 2013, Rachel worked at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as an Intelligence Analyst and Quality Control Specialist, analyzing, transcribing, translating, and editing transcripts. Rachel also provided consecutive interpretation for customer service-related assignments. In 2013, they joined Inventiva Marketing as a Customer Support Manager, where they established and managed the Customer Support department and created content and email templates. Rachel then worked at IVC Research Center in 2015 as a Research Specialist, responsible for writing comprehensive business profiles and analyzing information on the Israeli high-tech industry. Their role also involved updating company profiles and writing a chapter for the IVC Yearbook. Rachel's most recent position was at Riskified, starting in 2017, where they worked in Customer Success. Their responsibilities included establishing personal relationships with customers, providing product support, maintaining positive client relationships, conducting training sessions for new clients, and leading the onboarding process.

Rachel Zelcer obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Spanish Translator from the Ministerio De Educacion Republica de Panama. In 2017 and 2018, Rachel attended CTI and received a Coaching certificate in the field of Coaching.
