Alicia Stevens has an extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Alicia started their career as the Managing Director, Strategic Staffing at BC Management in November 2004 and held this role until May 2019. During their time at BC Management, Alicia was responsible for strategic staffing initiatives. Alicia then joined Avalution Consulting as a Senior Staffing Manager in May 2019 and worked there until October 2020. In this role, they partnered with clients to develop recruitment strategies and conducted talent sourcing activities. Alicia then moved on to Castellan Solutions, a global leader in resilience management software and services, where they served as the People + Talent Manager from March 2019 to July 2022. Their responsibilities at Castellan included recruitment and delivery. After the acquisition of Castellan Solutions by Riskonnect, Inc., Alicia transitioned to the role of People + Talent Manager at Riskonnect in July 2022. Alicia supports the Business Continuity - Professional Services practice and handles day-to-day talent acquisition activities as a member of the Riskonnect Human Resources team. Additionally, Alicia has served as the National Board of Directors - Chapter + Membership Engagement Chair at The Association of Continuity Professionals since January 2021.

Alicia Stevens obtained their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from National University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
