Jennifer Geha has extensive experience in the field of customer success management and client services. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success Management at Riskonnect, Inc. since October 2018. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Marsh ClearSight, where they held various roles including VP, Director of Client Management from July 2017 to October 2018, Manager of Client Services from May 2014 to June 2017, and Lead Systems Consultant from March 2005 to April 2014. Before joining Marsh ClearSight, Jennifer served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Hewitt Associates from August 1999 to February 2005.

Jennifer Geha obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Jennifer specialized in Finance, General within their Bachelor of Business Administration program at the same institution. Additionally, they acquired a certification in "Building and Leading Effective Teams" from Columbia Business School in November 2020.
