Joey Brymer has a strong background in technical support and software analysis. Joey started their career at UBS/Paine Webber (JC Bradford) as a Technical Support Analyst, providing troubleshooting support for PC hardware/software, networks, and printers. Joey also conducted training sessions for new employees. Joey then moved on to Medibuy, where they worked as a Technical Support specialist, monitoring and resolving EDI transaction processing issues and providing customer support. At Medifax (later bought out by WebMD/Emdeon), they served as a Supervisor, managing a support group and handling technical questions, service requests, and database queries. Joey also worked on new functionality requests and liaised with programming and QA teams. Next, Joey joined Emdeon as a Claim Master Technical Support III / Business Analyst, testing and modifying inbound data for mapping into Claim Master and ensuring its accurate processing. Finally, they joined Steward Health Care as a Senior Application Support Analyst, serving as the primary administrator for the ClearSight adverse event reporting system and collaborating with Risk Management and Legal teams. In 2019, Joey joined Riskonnect, Inc. as a Senior Success Engineer.

Joey Brymer completed their Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from Tennessee Technological University, where they attended from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained the Network+ certification from CompTIA in August 2001.
