Khawer G.'s work experience begins in 2001 when they worked as a DBA/Developer for The British Academy, where they were responsible for the installation, management, and support of SQL Server databases. Khawer also played a role in migration, redesigning, and reporting for the Academy's databases.

In 2009, they moved on to the Royal College of General Practitioners, where they worked as a DBA/Developer. Here, they led data management, integrity, development, and administration tasks. This included migrations from SQL Server 2000 to 2005 and 2008, as well as writing scripts and applications to update, synchronize, and migrate data across the college's systems.

Next, in 2011, Khawer joined the British Red Cross as a Senior DBA/Developer. In this role, they provided technical support and performance tuning for all database environments, including fundraising, retail, and data warehousing. Khawer also designed and developed a retail ETL and Cube using SSAS and Excel pivot tables for analysis of retail sales. Additionally, they led a data migration and consolidation project for regional ITMS onto a SQL Server platform.

Starting in 2014, Khawer worked as a Database Administrator for Arsenal F.C. Their responsibilities included managing high transaction retail and ticket master systems, setting up dynamic dashboards using Tableau, and overseeing the technical aspects of a finance data migration.

In 2017, they became a Database Analyst/Developer for Toys R Us UK. Here, their tasks involved maintaining company-wide applications and database systems and supporting the overall business in areas such as data management, database administration, and MIS reporting.

In 2018, Khawer had two roles. First, they worked as a Database Developer for MCFT, starting in April and ending in September. Then, they joined RWS Group as a Data Warehouse Engineer in October and stayed until May 2021. In this role, they oversaw the development and management of the BI Datawarehouse, worked with the Analytics team, and provided expertise in ETL and data modeling using SQL Server, SSIS, and . NET.

Currently, Khawer is a Data Warehouse Engineer at Riskonnect, Inc., starting in 2021.

Khawer G.'s education history begins in 1990 when they enrolled at Brunel University London. Khawer completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry after a four-year tenure, graduating in 1994. Subsequently, in 1997, Khawer continued their studies at Aston University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology. Khawer successfully completed this program in 1998.
