Steve Schreiner

Steve Schreiner has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Steve is currently serving as the Sr Director of Front End Engineering at RiskOptics, where they focus on tying risk to business strategy and ensuring informed decision-making. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Front End Engineering at Reciprocity, where they contributed to the company's growth as a software juggernaut.

Before their current role, Steve worked at Virtana as the Director of UI SaaS Engineering, leading a large team of UI developers, UX designers, and QE test automation engineers. Steve utilized various technologies and tools to develop Virtana's hybrid cloud platform.

Steve also gained valuable experience at Bottomline Technologies as the Director of UI Development, where they led a team of user interface developers for the company's Digital Banking product.

In their earlier career, Steve held positions at Virtual Instruments, TTB Software, Colfax Fluid Handling, Bank of America, BreakFront, Lending Tree, and Compass Group, where they showcased their expertise in UI development, SaaS consulting, and software engineering.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop innovative solutions, and utilize a wide range of technologies to deliver exceptional results.

Steve Schreiner completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University between 1983 and 1987. Steve then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Information Technology, Decision Sciences, and Operations Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Steve successfully completed their MBA between 1987 and 1990.
