Justin Fleck

Justin Fleck has over 20 years of experience in the transportation and construction industries. Since February 2018, Justin has served as the Director of Quality Control and Compliance at RITALKA, INC, previously holding the role of Quality/Safety Manager. Prior to this position, Justin worked at J&R Schugel Trucking, Inc. as a Dry Van Fleet Manager from November 2012 to February 2018. Justin’s career began in April 2009 at Norfolk Iron and Metal Co. as a Driver, after which Justin contributed to Central Concrete from June 2001 to April 2009 in various roles, including Plant Operator, Concrete Testing, Driver, and Loader Operator.
