Dewanti Pratiwi began their career in 2016 as a Human Resources Intern at PT Pertamina Lubricants. In 2017, they held Relation Management positions at both Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and PT Trijaya Pratama. In 2018, they became the Lead Operation Administrations at Ritase.com, where they managed a team to do day-to-day administration work, monitored vendor SLA to return the Proof of Delivery documents, and produced transporter performance evaluations.
