Leeann Mierzwa started their career at Western States Equipment in 2015 as a Prospect & Customer Data Analyst before moving on to become an Equipment Operations Specialist. Leeann then transitioned to Ritchie Bros. in November 2022 as a Strategic Accounts Reporting Specialist, where Leeann focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to support key strategic accounts. Leeann is detail-oriented, passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights, and collaborates cross-functionally to empower decision-makers. Leeann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boise State University.
