Marius Basson

Marius Basson is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Yard Operations Manager at Ritchie Bros. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Marius held various positions at Aggreko UK from April 2019 to September 2022, including Operations Lead SRC and Operations Manager for Southern Africa from June 2017 to March 2019. Marius also served as Service Team Lead at Aggreko from May 2009 to June 2016 and began a career as a Diesel Mechanic at MAN Truck and Bus SA from January 2004 to April 2009. Marius holds an NTS 5 Certificate in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician from THS Drostdy, completed from 1995 to 1999.
