Rina Maloku

Rina Maloku has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a People Partner (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition Business Partner for EMEA and APAC at Ritchie Bros. since July 2020. Prior to this role, Rina held the position of Talent Acquisition specialist at SBM Offshore from November 2019 to May 2020. Rina's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at VSL International Ltd. from November 2013 to September 2019 and as a Human Resources Officer at Caffe Group from January 2011 to July 2013. Rina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Centennial College School of Business (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Managerial Studies from Dardania University (2009-2013).
