Sharon Scott

Sharon Scott has over 25 years of experience in various HR and management roles. Sharon is currently serving as the Director of People at Ritchies Transport. Previously, they worked as the People and Performance Manager at Higgins, where they were responsible for overseeing HR functions. Sharon also held positions at Waste Management NZ Ltd as the National Corporate Services and HR Manager, and at Goodman Fielder as the National HR Manager for Sales, Marketing, and R&D. In addition, they worked at Fonterra Cooperative Group Limited as Technical Operational Development and HR Manager for NZ Technical. Prior to that, they held roles at Norske Skog Tasman Limited as the Business Improvement and Distribution Manager and Human Resource Manager. Sharon began their career as a Human Resource Advisor at Pacific Health and later worked as an Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner and HR Practitioner at Eastbay Health. Sharon also has experience as a Tutor in Business Administration.

Sharon Scott pursued their education in Social Sciences (Industrial Psychology) and achieved a Bachelor's degree from Monash University and Victoria University in 1993. Additionally, they also studied Accounting at the same universities and obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in the same year.
