SVP, Supply Chain at Rite Aid

Bill Jackson, a 38-year Rite Aid veteran with extensive operational experience, is now leading Rite Aid’s supply chain team in supporting a great shopping experience at Rite Aid stores.

As SVP of Supply Chain, Bill—who most recently served as senior vice president of store operations for Division 5—is responsible for all aspects of Rite Aid’s supply chain. He reports directly to Tony Montini, Rite Aid’s executive vice president of merchandising and distribution.

Originally from Kentucky, Bill grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and graduated from Trinity University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He began working part-time as a cashier for Reed’s Drug Store in Baltimore in 1979, just prior to Reed’s acquisition by Rite Aid.

Bill held various store management positions with Rite Aid before being promoted to district manager in 1985. After becoming a field leader, he served in numerous senior leadership roles in human resources, corporate support and field operations.
