Catherine Barnes

Catherine Barnes has over 22 years of experience in real estate and property management, with a focus on facilities and energy management in the retail, pharmacy, and healthcare industries. Catherine is currently working as the Vice President of Facilities and Energy Management at RITE AID. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at ConnexFM, where they provided leadership and ensured ethical and legal business practices. Catherine also has experience as a Business Owner at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights, where they managed a modern dog daycare and boarding facility. Catherine was the Director of Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction at Access Community Health Network, where they oversaw the strategic planning and maintenance of properties. Catherine has also held senior leadership roles at Walgreens, Target, and Mulloy Properties, Inc., where they were responsible for asset management, facilities management, and business development.

Catherine Barnes obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Interior Design from Sullivan College of Technology and Design, where they attended from 1997 to 1999. Catherine further pursued their education at Sullivan University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2003 to 2005.
