Hector Pearson

Hector Pearson, LPC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Asset Protection at Rite Aid Corporation, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Hector Pearson led efforts as the Regional Pro Sales Director at Lowe's Companies, Inc. for nearly a year, focusing on driving sales for Pro Customers. From 2017 to June 2020, Hector Pearson was the Regional Asset Protection Director for JCPenney, overseeing loss prevention operations across the West Coast. Hector Pearson's experience also includes serving as the Director of Area Loss Prevention at CVS Health from 2005 to 2017, where oversight extended to over 700 stores. Earlier in the career, Hector Pearson was the Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Hollywood Video.
