Kelly Allen

Kelly Allen is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in engineering and industrial design. Currently serving as the Lead Designer for RHEEC Special Orders Engineering at Rite-Hite since October 2012, responsibilities include managing special seals and shelter orders, while also supporting the Zoneworks Engineering team. Prior to Rite-Hite, Kelly held various roles including Project Engineer, designer, and illustrator at First Gear, Inc., where expertise was applied to high-end die-cast replicas and toys. Previous experience includes industrial design contracts with Slocum Design, toy design at Ertl Toy Company, and early mechanical work at K & R Imports. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dubuque and an Associate of Applied Arts in Commercial Art from Hawkeye Community College.
