Lance M.

Lance M. is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Analytics at Rite-Hite since November 2023 and as Adjunct Faculty at City Colleges of Chicago since August 2022. Lance co-founded MidWest Pie & AI in 2021 and held the position of Principal Data Scientist at EX3 Labs until 2023. Previous roles include Director of Data Science at Benco Dental (2020-2021), Head of Data Science at Enhanced Investment Partners (2017-2020), and Senior Data Scientist at Tyson Foods (2017-2018). Earlier career highlights include serving as a Statistician at PPL Electric Utilities (2016-2017) and Senior Advisor at Enhanced Investment Partners (2006-2015), where quantitative models were designed for investment strategies. Lance holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc in Analytics from the University of Chicago, and a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
