Todd Minter

Todd Minter has a diverse work history spanning over several industries. Todd began their career at Pepsico in 1993, where they served as a Multi-Unit Manager responsible for the management of multiple restaurants. During their time at Pepsico, Todd demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and achieved consistent profitability and high service quality. In 1996, they moved on to Borden Foods, where they worked as a Human Resources Representative. In this role, Todd handled various HR tasks such as union relations, contract management, safety management, and employee relations. Lastly, Todd joined Rite-Hite in 2001 and has held various roles within the HR department. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing non-manufacturing locations in the US and Canada. Todd's expertise in HR management has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of Rite-Hite's Arbon and Caljan businesses, as well as its corporate headquarters.

Todd Minter received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989, with a focus on Applied Mathematics, Nuclear Engineering, and Physics. Todd later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed it in 1992.
