Austin Hood

Austin Hood is an experienced account manager currently employed at RiteRug Flooring, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Smith Turf & Irrigation as an Inside Sales Specialist and at Metrolina Greenhouses INC as an Assistant Grower. Austin has also worked in various capacities at Virginian Golf Club and Cherokee Country Club, progressing from Second Assistant to Assistant Superintendent. An agronomy intern role was completed at East Lake Golf Club. Austin Hood holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Turf and Turfgrass Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in May 2014.
