Rene Abea

Rene Abea is an experienced electronic maintenance technician currently employed at San Francisco International Airport since August 2015, responsible for ensuring facility functionality at terminals and outer perimeter buildings. Previously, as a field service engineer at Rite Track, Rene specialized in the installation, configuration, and debugging of the Rite Track Recipe Manager application and created custom VB scripts. Prior experience includes roles as a junior developer/senior technician at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, where system processes and PLC code were designed for various industries, as well as positions as applications engineer at Olympus-ITA, senior electronic technician at SVG, and electronic technician at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. Rene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
