Cathy Hinek has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cathy is currently working as a Director of Onboarding at Rithum since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at ChannelAdvisor, including Director of Implementation and Professional Services - US, Manager of eCommerce Client Services Marketplaces, Team Lead Marketplace Services, and Campaign Manager. Cathy worked at ChannelAdvisor from 2013 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Patsy Aiken Designs for ten years, where they held a role encompassing Information Systems, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience. Their responsibilities included managing software systems, conducting training workshops, creating help systems and manuals, generating reports using SQL, and overseeing various aspects of marketing and customer experience. Cathy started their career at The Body Shop as a Shop Manager and later served as a Shop Operations Coordinator.

Cathy Hinek attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro but did not complete a degree. Cathy obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
