Swati Indurkhya

Swati Indurkhya has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Swati served as the Head of Retail Operations at RITU KUMAR since November 2019, where they successfully launched 49 new stores and facilitated the implementation of key initiatives for international franchisees. Prior to that, they held the position of Zonal Manager at RITU KUMAR, where they managed the business of North & West regions and oversaw multiple stores across 20 cities. Swati also worked as a Deputy Manager at RITU KUMAR, focusing on operations and merchandising analysis.

Before joining RITU KUMAR, Swati worked at Benetton Group as a Senior Buyer for Menswear, where they were responsible for planning, buying, and merchandising for over 450 stores. Swati effectively managed inventory and implemented successful strategies to drive full price sellout. Swati also worked as a Senior Executive in Distribution & Supply Chain, handling the distribution channel for the East & North regions.

Additionally, Swati had a role as a Key Account Intern at Benetton Group, where they gained experience in the shoppers & lifestyle sector.

Swati Indurkhya completed their education in a chronological order. Swati started their academic journey in 1993 at Christ Church Girls' Senior Secondary School, where they pursued their Senior Secondary education with a focus on Mathematics. After completing their senior secondary education in 2006, they went on to attend Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics, which they successfully completed in 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, Swati Indurkhya attended the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi from 2010 to 2012. During this period, they undertook a Post-Graduate Diploma in Fashion Entrepreneurship.
