Bartosz Nowak

Bartosz Nowak is an experienced Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Consultant, and Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing workflows in Agile environments. Currently employed at RITS Professional Services since April 2023, Bartosz specializes in SAFe methodologies and has a proven track record of fostering continuous improvement and aligning teams with Agile Release Train management. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at BinarApps and ERGO Technology & Services, as well as positions at Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. and Nordea, where Bartosz led significant banking integration projects and the implementation of SAP solutions.
