Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha Roon provides training and mentorship for key technical staff in innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha Roon has focused on enhancing the dynamics and reliability of software development. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha Roon has a strong foundation in blockchain technology, having contributed to projects at Share&Charge and Sweetbridge, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, along with additional qualifications in Fintech and Project Management.
