Chasity Cook has over 25 years of experience in customer service and technical support roles, primarily in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Ritter Communications since August 2005, Chasity leads the Network Operations Center professionals and oversees the Enterprise Activations team, which focuses on the provisioning and activation of new enterprise customers.
