Julia Hagenberg

Julia Hagenberg has a strong background in product management and marketing. Julia started their career at Henkel Iberica S.A. as a Junior PM in 2004. Julia then worked at tesa SE as a Trade Marketing Manager in 2008. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Beiersdorf Group as a Market Manager, where they focused on developing strategies for sustainable growth and optimizing product assortment. Julia joined tesa SE again in 2011 as an International Product Manager, where they successfully introduced new products and managed cross-functional teams. In 2015, they took a sabbatical and founded their own coaching business called LifePro Coaching, where they focused on life and business coaching and worked on various projects. Julia then worked at Tchibo as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Global Product Management at Ritter Sport since November 2019.
