David Reece

David Reece is currently the COO at Ritual. Prior to that, they were the Chief Supply Officer at Shaklee Corporation from November 2021 to August 2022. David has also been the Chief Operating Officer at NuFACE from May 2021 to December 2021, and the Vice President of Supply Chain at Beautycounter from October 2017 to December 2020.

David has a reputation for excellence in manufacturing and supply management, brand stewardship, and delivery of distinctive financial results. David has developed and managed a network of external manufacturing relationships that drove quality, speed-to-market, and scalability while maintaining competitiveness in cost and flexibility. Additionally, they designed and implemented an end-to-end Stage Gate process for New Product Implementation, and actively drove all NPI phases and led the transfer of production to manufacturing partners.

David Reece has earned both a MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business as well as a BA from Hamilton College. David also attended Phillips Exeter Academy.
