Mark Mengerink

Mark Mengerink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business application management and consulting, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Application Management at Rituals since November 2018. At Rituals, Mark leads a dedicated team focused on global HR technology solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Mark held various roles, including Business Application Manager HR (ad interim), where responsibilities included establishing HR application management and overseeing the selection of global HR systems. Prior to Rituals, Mark contributed as a Lecturer at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and as an independent consultant, enhancing HR, Finance, and IT processes across multiple organizations. Mark's earlier experience includes positions at Unit4, Boom & Bos bv, Randstad, Atos Consulting, and KPMG Management Consulting. Mark earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
